Minutes of the Executive Committee Meeting of SSM Nagar Flat Owners Association held on 13/04/2025 at SSMNFOA ADMIN OFFICE, SSM NAGAR
The Secretary welcomed members to the meeting and proceedings started at 4:15 PM. The discussion was held among members present on various matters/ issues, agreed plan of actions are listed below:-
- It is resolved to run a water shed for next 3 months inside SSM Nagar at 2 locations to quench the thirst of residents and visitors. EC thanked Akshayakalpa which has volunteered to support the initiative
- It is resolved to conduct an EGM in the month of May 25 to fix the date of Election to elect next set of SSMNFOA Office Bearers and also to nominate Election Officers to conduct the Election process. Its suggested to have elections before July 15th so that AGM can be conducted well before Sep 2025.
- EC place on record its sincere appreciation to all those who are involved in the Aadhar Camp conducted by SSMNFOA in association with India Post. It has helped hundreds of residents. Considering the Popular Demand,
- It is suggested to meet Katankulathur Block President Mrs Udhaya Karunakaran and request her to allocated budget to re-lay the MG Road asap which would help not only SSM Nagar residents but also all those motorist who are using the road.
