MOM (Meeting Notes) – 2017

SSM Nagar Flat Owners Association Meeting held at Community Hall, TVS Emerald Green Hills, Alapakkam, Chennai – 63 on Sunday, 24-Dec-2017.
1. Kalaiamuthan, Secretary welcomed the members and Ganesh Babu, President addressed the Members.
2. We had extensive interactive discussions with the members on SSMBP maintenance agreement.
3. Many members actively participated in the interaction and expressed their views.
4. It is concluded that, Individuals sign the agreement and get the keys.
5. Finally Vote of Thanks from Kesavan NG, Vice President.

Admin members meet on 3-Dec-2017 at A9 block, SSM Nagar. Following is the meeting minutes.

1. Sivakumar has moved to UK on long term, so he has resigned his Secretary post. Committee has accepted his resignation.

2. Ganesh proposed Kalai to take over Secretary post, which was second by Sathish.

3. Thiagarajan proposed Kesavan for VP post which was vacant as Kalai will be taking charge of Secretary post, which was second by Ramesh venkat

4. All executives unanimously accepted these changes.

5. Traffic sign boards and proposed locations were discussed.

6. Association will work with local Nedungundram panchayat on property tax assessment and coordination for all association members.

Ganesh, President, Kalai, VP, Sathish, Treasurer representing association members, visited SSMBP office to discuss the status of the project. We could not meet Santhanam sir or anyone, but Hema, CRM.

Here is what we discussed with her today.

1. SSMBP is waiting for final approval from NGT and they are confident of getting them in 2 week’s time.

2. Once approval is obtained, they will start handover of keys. Priority is still not decided and even Hema is not clear how it will be categorised as of today.

3. We requested for one point contact from SSMBP with association for status update. But Santhanam sir, at this situation doesn’t want to meet anyone, either individual or group or association. Hema assured she will discuss with Santhanam sir and get back to us regarding this.

4. Regarding maintenance agreement, she informed it is in initial stage and will be ready before handover. Every purchaser will be receiving the draft copy of maintenance agreement, FTH agreement and checklist. If any concern in the agreement, individual purchasers can discuss with SSMBP and get clarified.

5. We conveyed that association would like to work along with SSMBP and ready to take some post-handover activities like coordinating with government agencies for Ration card, Gas connection transfer, address change in Aadhar card/ Voter id, etc.

6. Association is in process of placing traffic sign boards with proper approval from Tambaram zone police, along the road that leads to school.
