    Minutes of the Executive Committee Meeting

      • JioCentrex 2.0 a new intercom facility is being offered by the JIO team to our nagar residents. It is an intercom facility for those who have Jio Fiber connection/ Jio Mobile free to our Society. Our committee agrees to this offer.       • The team has reported receiving the amended by-laws copies that the work is in progress and we have been waiting for the reply from the register office.
      • We had completed conducting block wise meetings in the following blocks. A4 and B10 Block(Online meeting). We encourage every block co-ordinators to conduct meetings in their respective blocks.
      • SSM Builders has appealed before the THE TAMILNADU REAL ESTATE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL and prayed for an order of Interim Stay of operation of the order passed by the Hon’ble Tamilnadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority Case no: 002/2021 vide order dated 6th October 2021.
      • Our committee is closely following up the case. We kindly request all the members to donate Rs.500 towards the legal expenses.
      • Regarding the donation collected for laying a rain water canal on the North entrance of our nagar. We were in discussions with govt officials and until we have a finalised plan we will be holding that money in reserve for the cause.       • We had decided to give our obligation to the panchayat office to add to in their resolution of the upcoming grama saba meeting which will be conducted on 26th January 2022. Attached the same for your reference. Our committee kindly request all the SSM Nagar Residents to attend this meeting following COVID-19 Protocol.
      • Republic Day will be celebrated on 15th August 2021 at 8:00AM, following the Covid-19 protocol and our association members Prasanna, Padmanaban and Saravanan will do the necessary arrangements

    Minutes of the Executive Committee Meeting

      • Discussion regarding legal expenses on the appeal filed by Ssm builders
        SSM Builders had applied for the RERA Appellate Tribunal praying to give interim stay for the judgement against them. Our association and all who filed the case for this common purpose received the notice. We thank the existing association members who filed the RERA petition and contributed for the common cause.
        Our committee has unanimously decided that the association will continue the legal battle and will bear all the expenses till the end of the legal battle. On behalf of our association I kindly request all association members to contribute a minimum Rs.1000 (Rupees one thousand only) towards the legal expenses.To start with our executive committee members will contribute Rs.2000 towards the legal expenses
      • We have already started receiving funds for the legal expenses and I thank all the members who contributed. Our humble request to all the members to contribute generously to ensure our property value to be appreciated and project to be completed
      • Our committee member Senthil will be finalising the block coordinators and will be creating a whatsapp group for them.
      • We had planned to conduct the General body meeting soon and remaining details will be communicated in separate email.
    • Our committee has unanimously decided to conduct our Annual General Body Meeting on 10 April 2022 for the year 2020-2021. All the remaining details will be sent through separate communication.
    • We also decided to deposit the money collected for the Rainwater storm in the North entrance of our nagar in a fixed deposit until a solid plan is ready.

    • Our committee has approved to use Apna Complex, an Apartment Management & Maintenance Software. We have planned to share our member’s information like Name, Flat No, Block no, Phone no and email ids based on the Non Disclosure Agreement which will be signed by the ApnaComplex authorities declaring that our data will not be shared to any other third parties.
    • Below is the list of blocks where we don’t have any volunteers to represent our association. A11 , C04, C05, E02, E03, G01, I01, J01, K02, M02
    • Our committee has decided to give a letter to the Peerkankaranai Traffic Police, requesting them to install barricades in the 150 Road Junction for the safety of the public.
    • We kindly request all the members to support and safeguard our property by donating Rs.500 towards the legal expenses.
    • We request all the members to pay their yearly subscription of Rs.300 per year.
    • The AGM documents will be submitted to the register office by our Secretary & Treasurer.
    • Our committee has unanimously decided to file the execution petition on the RERA Judgement as the appeal of the SSM Builders & Promoters has been dismissed.
    • Our association will facilitate the process of filing Form N (For the delay compensation from the SSM Builders & Promoters). A separate communication will be sent to all the members.
    • We have planned to conduct free Medical camps. Starting with a Breast Cancer Awareness and Screening Medical camp for women on 29th September 2022. Next Free Eye & General Medical Checkup Camp by Nirmal Eye Hospital and Sudar Hospital on 8th October 2022.
    • Our committee has unanimously decided to celebrate the New year 2023. We have successfully celebrated the same in the year 2020 but not continued in the following years due to covid restriction. We will bring the vibe & Joy of the celebration again this year.
    • EC has entrusted the responsibility of coordinating the New Year celebration to Mr K Saravanan. A committee will be formed to organise this mega event. Request volunteers (min 2 from every block) to organise this mega event. Soon we will share the whatsapp group link to all the residents.
    • We have successfully conducted the free medical camp for Breast Cancer Awareness and Screening for women on 29th September 2022. On behalf of our association we thank Mr.Satish and Mrs.Purni Sathish who initiated and volunteered this event. And our sincere thanks to Mr.Sai Vanchinathan for providing us the venue and our gratitude to the Balaji Medical college hospital.
    • We have updated the membership renewal due list as of 31-03-2022, on our website. Please check and pay the dues on or before (31-10-2022). Those who have no dues may still have to pay for the current year 2022-23. Link https://www.ssmnagarfoa.com/member-status/

    • It has been decided to conduct the 5th Annual General Body meeting on 8th January 2023
    • Our committee has decided to conduct the Elections for the office bearers and executive committee members on 26th January 2023.
    • We again reiterate that every registered owner of a flat shall be a member from the date on which he becomes owner of a flat in our SSM Nagar complex.
    • To attend the General body meeting, to contest in the upcoming elections and vote in the election the members must be current in their subscriptions. They must also have submitted proof of ownership of flats in SSM Nagar and other personal details to register their names in the association by paying the enrollment fees.
    • Please contact your block coordinators to renew your subscription as early as possible. The cut-off date is December 31st 2022.
