4. Legal action against SSM B&P – All the presented association members decided not to take any legal action in the current situation.
5. Auto stand location – Association committee members, discussed with TVS & Perungalathur Auto stand owners to establish an auto stand within SSM Nagar.
6. Limras TV, Broadband Signal – Discussed with service provider and they agreed to upgrade their service.
7. Mobile Signal – Our committee members met BSNL, South Zone General Manager in Guindy office and requested to the start the service inside the nagar.

c. Invitation printing and distribution to all SSMFOA members and SSM nagar residents.

1. SSM B&P sent a letter to all the flat owners about to deny the rental & transport compensation.
2. Association members assembled in B2 car parking and discuss about to content of letter received from SSM B&P.
3. Association members Mr. Sundarajan(Lawyer), Mr. Karuppasamy (Lawyer) explained the legal aspects of the letter.
4. Unanimously decided to discuss the same points in Annual General body meeting which will be planned to conduct on August 2018 and will plan for further action.

Association EC members and members assembled near vinayagar temple, discussed about mobile signal issue within the nagar.
All the members unanimously decided to meet the SSM B&P and register their grievances to them.
Mr.Selva Kumar(Partner, SSM B&P) met and had discussion to all the members individually.
SSM B&P assured to look for other service providers, to solve mobile signal issue.

1. Treasurer submitted the sign board donation collection details. (Rs.45,101)
2. Treasurer furnished the details of sign board, purchase and installation expenses. (Rs.34,130).
3. One of the executive member, proposed to print the daily sheet calendar and distribute to our association members.
4. All the attendees accept the above proposal, Secretary will take necessary action to print the calendar.
5. Treasurer proposed the remaining balance amount if any should be donated to association.
6. Executive members agreed to donate (transfer) the balance amount to SSMNFOA if any remaining after calendar printing.
