1. Executive committee members decided to conduct a Aadhaar camp in SSM Nagar once in two months with available flat.
2. Mr. Kalaiamuthan & Team proposed to lead the Aadhaar camp with the help of Lakshmi Vilas Bank.
3. Executive members agreed and do ad-hoc approval for the miscellaneous expenses for the Aadhaar camp maximum of Rs. 1,000/-

1. Meeting scheduled to start by 10:00 am was postponed by an hour to 11:00 am, to accommodate more members as they could not reach the venue due to Rain.

5. Mr. Sathish Kumar, Treasurer introduced our Auditor Mr. NaveenKumar to the members and read out the Account statement for FY 2018-19
6. Mr. Kalaiamuthan, introduced Election Officer, Mr. Ravishankar
7. Renewal of membership for year 2019-20, date is extended until 31-Aug-2019. Members who had renewed till this date will get rights to vote in the election.
8. Final the voter list for election, will be published on 2-Sep-2019.
9. After publishing final voter list, election officer will announce the date of election.
10. List of occasions & events celebrated in our SSM Nagar – It is been decided that the new office bearer group after election will decide on the same.
11. New office bearer group after election, has to approach SSM Builders and Promoters to recognize and co-operate with our association.
